Snyk Customer Value Study

Overview

The goal of the Snyk Customer Value Study is to understand the quantifiable benefits customers have realized as a result of using the Snyk platform and how they measure their ROI.

Key findings

  • Reported ROI for Snyk platform in developer time savings and risk avoidance doubled from 2022 to 2023.

  • 82.7% of customers reported developer process improvements as a result of using Snyk.

  • The average customer organization saved $3.49M a year based on risk avoidance metrics.

Process and output

Data collection and analysis: I managed survey fielding and quality checks to reach a target sample of 550 Snyk customer respondents. I then compiled the findings to build the storyline for the report, collaborating closely with Snyk’s marketing and customer advocacy teams.

Content creation: In addition to the featured public-facing report showcasing Snyk’s strengths and realized benefits to customers, I also created an internal report that highlighted product growth areas and recommendations for Snyk based on customer feedback, as well as sales enablement assets with client case studies and one-pagers.
